Marrano Homes, Western New York’s largest builder of new homes, is now ranked as the 175th largest new home builder in the nation, according to the 2017 Housing Giants list released byProfessional Builder magazine.
The list is based on research conducted by Professional Builder, determining the country’s largest builders by revenue. Marrano’s 2016 revenue totaled $63,684,000, a 20 percent increase from the previous year.
“The pace of construction in our communities is high,” said Patrick A. Marrano, president of Marrano. “We are playing a key role in the Western New York’s economic resurgence and our ranking is testament to the hard work of our associates and the high-quality homes that we build.”
In 2016, Marrano was ranked 190th, and ranks second among new home builders in New York State.
Marrano builds single-family homes, town homes and patio homes Amherst, Clarence, Hamburg, Lancaster, West Seneca and Williamsville. Marrano also builds custom homes and luxury condominiums in South Florida and will soon break ground for a patio home community in suburban Rochester.
