One of the keys to the ongoing success of Marrano Homes, Western New York’s number one new home builder, is staying on top of industry trends. That is clearly evident in the newly updated, state-of-the-art Design Center, where Marrano buyers can select features to personalize their new home.
The Design Center saves buyers time. There’s no need to spend valuable hours visiting countless stores when, in one place, buyers can walk among 10 selection rooms that make up the 3,000 square foot Design Center. Virtually every room is represented. Buyers can walk on ceramic tile and hardwood floors, carpeting and other flooring available in Marrano homes. They can see available ceiling designs from coffered to stepped, kitchen layouts that show cabinets, countertops and appliances, as well as siding, windows and decks.
Marrano’s talented, experienced Interior Design Consultants guide buyers through every step of the process, assisting them with interior and exterior choices.
“I always tell people this is where the magic happens,” said Hillary Lambert, Interior Design Consultant for Marrano.“This is where their house comes to life. This is where they can see it all come together.”
The new bath layout shows a standard bathroom which Lambert said is almost identical to what buyers will find in afinished Marrano home. Progressing through the room, you’ll find ceramic wall tile, a very popular option for buyers who want to dress up first floor powder rooms. Granite and quartz countertops are featured along with attractive pedestal sinks, including decorative furniture type vanities that also provide more storage.
More and more buyers are opting for glamour baths, which Marrano shows including a luxury ceramic shower with a rain head and built in niche. The stunning tile design compliments the painted vanity with a deep undermount sink, granite countertop, and framed mirror.
Marrano also updated the exterior showroom.
“Customers want their new home to stand apart from others,” Lambert said, as she shows many standard sidingchoices along with darker colors too. “Because the colors are deeper, they add contrast to the street.”
The exterior showroom also shows stone and roof options, and shake shingles which can be used to accent the homes exterior.
