Lancaster Town Supervisor Robert Giza presided over a ribbon cutting ceremony to officially dedicate Marrano's new phase of home building at our Courtyard at Pleasant Meadows patio home community in the town. Supervisor Giza was joined by Marrano officials including on the left, Jim Marrano, vice president, and David DePaolo, executive vice president, in introducing 31 new home sites in a private neighborhood where Ranch designs with plenty of easy living space are priced from the low $200,000s.
