Marrano grand opens two models in Central Square Townhomes

Marrano/Marc Equity is hosting a grand opening for two decorated models this weekend at Central Square townhomes in Lancaster to demonstrate the popularity and wide appeal of this fast-growing new community.

This weekend’s double-model grand opening focuses on variety, enabling buyers to see two different decorated models and learn about four different townhome designs available at Central Square. 

Starting at 20 Hanover, visitors will be treated to a beautifully decorated two-story model named the Cambridge.  It shows a great room with gas-burning fireplace flanked by two large windows.  The great room, kitchen, and dinette are positioned for everyday living or entertaining.  The second floor includes a master bedroom with walk-in closet and a secondary bedroom.  Both are connected to the main bath.

Moving on to the second decorated and furnished model home at 67 Hanover, you will see another two-story design, but with an alternate Cambridge layout, featuring a different kitchen and great room arrangement, giving visitors a new twist on a popular floor plan.

The community center and in-ground pool for private use of residents were completed and enjoyed by residents last summer.  Residents can use the community center for private events and current residents find the center a great place to socialize and meet neighbors.

The homeowners’ association takes care of a variety of services for residents including landscaping, snow removal, trash service, and pool and community center maintenance.  Condominium status provides residents with more tax savings at Central Square Townhomes.

The two models are open from 1 to 5 p.m., Saturday through Wednesday.  To visit, take Pleasant View east of Central Avenue to Central Square Townhomes.
