Builder magazine has ranked Marrano Homes 175th on its 2015 list of new home builders in the United States. Marrano moved up 14 places from 2014 ranking of 189, on revenue of $50 million, building a diverse product line of single family homes, family homes, town houses and luxury condominiums.
“Our business continues to show significant growth,” said Patrick A. Marrano, president of Marrano. “That’s a reflection of the hard work of our associates and business partners, and the continued confidence our customers have in the craftsmanship of our homes.”
The listing of the top U.S. home builders is determined by closings.
“The foundation of our business has always been to build quality homes in the best locations in Western New York,” Marrano said. “My father, Pasquale, put our family name on the company nearly 60 years ago, and I am so proud that today the Marrano name continues to be synonymous with quality.”
